摘要
在现阶段的项目工程施工过程中还存在有比较多的问题,包括合同的制订缺乏合理性,合同实施不严格,履约困难等。针对现阶段工程施工合同管理过程中存在的问题进行了探究分析。
At present,there are still many problems in the construction process of the project,including the lack of rationality in the formulation of the contract,the implementation of the contract is not strict,and the difficulty of implementation.Investigate and analyze the problems existing in the current construction contract management process.
