摘要
甲磺酸阿帕替尼是一种新型小分子的酪氨酸激酶抑制剂,高度选择性地作用于血管内皮细胞生长因子受体2,强效抑制肿瘤血管生成,从而发挥抗肿瘤作用。阿帕替尼常见不良反应之一为手足皮肤反应(HFSR)。HFSR的发病机制与阿帕替尼药理作用有关。临床表现为皮肤红斑、肿胀、疼痛,皮肤角化过度,伴有感觉异常。阿帕替尼相关HFSR的发生与血管内皮生长因子被抑制、毛细血管修复能力下降有关,可通过生活护理预防其发生,通过调整阿帕替尼用量减轻HFSR的严重程度。
Mesylate apatinib is a new and small molecular antiangiogenesis drug,which can strongly act against tumor angiogenesis One of the most common by inhibiting vascular endothelial growth adverse reactions to apatinib is hand-foot factor receptor 2(VEGFR-2)with high selectivity skin reaction (HFSR).The mechanism of HFSR is related to the pharmacological effects of apatinib.The clinical manifestations of HFSR are skin erythema,swelling, pain,hyperkeratosis of skin,accompanied by sensory abnormalities.The occurrence of HFSR is related to the inhibition of VEGF and the decrease of capillary repair ability.HFSR can be prevented through life care and the severity can be alleviated by adjusting the dose of apatinib.
