摘要
以六联浪尾排洪渠尾段水为对象,采用动态膜组合快速氨氮生化(SDAF-EMSR-DM)一体化水处理设备进行了污水净化处理中试研究,为期30 d。结果表明,一体化中试装备运行稳定,对水体污染物去除效果显著,COD、NH_3-N、SS、色度平均去除率分别达到77.06%、85.04%、98.38%、96.32%。气浮池、生化反应池和动态膜3个模块处理效果显著,生化阶段水力停留时间最短可达到3.12 h;出水满足《城市黑臭水体整治工作指南》消除黑臭的标准,以及GB 18918-2002中的一级B类标准,部分指标达到一级A类标准。因此,SDAF-EMSR-DM一体化水处理设备可应用于污水应急处理,对污染物有较高的去除能力。
Tail water of Liulianlangwei floodway as the object,the pilot scale experiment of sewage purification treatment by the SDAF-EMSR-DM integrated water treatment equipment was studied.The results showed that the equipment was stable in the integration stage,the experiment period of30d, the sewage pollutant removal effect was well,the average removal rate of COD reached77.06%,the average removal rate of NH3-N reached85.04%, the average removal rate of SS reached98.38%,and the average color removal rate reached96.32%.The effluent met the guidelines for remediation of urban black and odorous water bodies,eliminates the standards of black and foul odor,and the first class B standards in the municipal wastewater treatment plant pollutant discharge standard,and some indexes reached a standard of class A.Therefore,SDAF-EMSR-DM integrated water treatment equipment can be applied to emergency treatment of sewage,and has high removal capacity for pollutants.
