摘要
目的分析冠心病和冠心病合并糖尿病患者的临床用药。方法选择2015年12月至2018年3月医院140例冠心病患者为研究对象,分为冠心病合并糖尿病组(65例)和冠心病组(75例)。比较两组患者的用药情况。结果冠心病合并糖尿病组60岁以上患者的比例显著高于冠心病组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。冠心病组用药以抗凝药、β受体阻断药、降脂药和硝酸酯类抗心绞痛药物为主。冠心病合并糖尿病组用药以抗凝药、降糖药、β受体阻断药和降脂药为主。冠心病组患者以五联和六联用药情况为主,冠心病合并糖尿病组患者以六联和七联用药情况为主。两组五联和七联用药情况比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论冠心病与冠心病合并糖尿病的临床用药种类多,强调合理用药。
Objective To analyze the clinical medication of coronary heart disease and coronary heart disease combined with diabetes. Methods From December 2015 to March 2018, a total of 140 patients with coronary heart disease in the hospital were selected as the research objects, which were divided into coronary heart disease combined with diabetes group(65 cases) and coronary heart disease group(75 cases). Clinical medications of the two groups were compared. Results The proportion of patients over 60 years old in the coronary heart disease combined with diabetes group was significantly higher than that of coronary heart disease group, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). Anticoagulant, β blocker, lipid lowering drug and nitrate antianginal drugs were mainly applied in the coronary heart disease group. Anticoagulant, hypoglycemic agents, β blocker and lipid lowering drug were mainly used in the coronary heart disease with diabetes group. Patients in the coronary heart disease group were mainly treated with five-drug combinations and six-drug combinations, patients in the coronary heart disease combined with diabetes group were mainly treated with six-drug combinations and seven-drug combinations, there were significant differences between the two groups in the use of five-drug and seven-drug combinations(P<0.05). Conclusion There are many kinds of drugs that can be used for coronary heart disease and coronary heart disease combined with diabetes clinically, rational use of drugs need to be emphasized.
