摘要
在长远规划的指导下,德国斯图加特大区转变交通发展模式,发展以公共交通为主导的可持续交通体系,特别是多层级的轨道交通网络对引导区域空间结构的形成和用地有序扩张起到了决定性作用。本文对斯图加特大区的公共交通系统进行多层次解读,特别梳理了斯图加特大区公交系统的规划、运营特点,以区域尺度为视角提出公共交通系统发展的经验和确保公交优先的有效途径。
Under the guidance of long-term planning,Stuttgar changes the mode of transport, and develops the sustainable transportation system dominated by public transport,especially the Multilevel rail transit network playing a decisive role in the formation of the regional space structure and the expansion of the land orderly,in this paper,the public transportation system in Rgion Stuttgart is interpreted in many levels containing the characteristics of the planning and operation of the public transportation system.AT last,the paper puts forward the experience of the development of the public transport system and the effective way to ensure the priority of the public transport system from the perspective of the regional scale.
