摘要
目的探讨乳腺癌1号基因相关蛋白(BAP1)在肾透明细胞癌中的表达及与临床特征及预后的关系。方法选取肾透明细胞癌样本共136例,采用免疫组化染色的方法检测样本中的BAP1表达情况,分析BAP1表达与患者临床资料的关系,采用Kaplan-Meier生存曲线评估BAP1表达与肾透明细胞癌患者预后的关系。结果癌组织中BAP1表达阳性率为54. 4%,癌旁组织的BAP1表达阳性率为69. 1%,癌旁组织的BAP1阳性率显著高于癌组织(χ~2=6. 227,P=0. 013),肾透明细胞癌组织BAP1表达阴性的患者其肿瘤最大径> 4 cm、pT_(3～4)、TNM分期Ⅲ～Ⅴ期和Fuhrman分级3～4级的比例显著高于癌组织BAP1表达阳性的患者(P <0. 05),BAP1表达阳性的患者其预后显著优于表达阴性的患者,差异有统计学意义(HR=0. 382,95CI%:0. 193～0. 755,P=0. 005 6)。结论 BAP1在肾透明细胞癌患者病情进展中具有重要作用,BAP1表达与临床分期及生物学行为密切相关,且其癌组织中阳性表达患者与预后不良相关。
Objective To investigate the expression of BAP1 in renal clear cell carcinoma and its relationship with the clinical features and prognosis.Methods Samples were collected from 136 renal clear cell carcinoma patients were treated in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2015.Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of BAP1 in the tumor tissue samples.The correlations between BAP1 expression and clinical data were analyzed.The correlation between BAP1 expression and prognosis of patients with renal clear cell carcinoma was assessed using the Kaplan-Meier survival curve.Results The positive rate of BAP1 was 54.4% in tumor tissues,and 69.1%adjacent tissues.The positive rate of BAP1 in adjacent tissues was significantly higher than that in tumor tissues(χ~2=6.227,P = 0.013).In patients with BAP1 negative expression,the proportions of tumor size > 4 cm,p T3-4,TNM stageⅢ-Ⅴ,and Fuhrman grade 3-4 were significantly higher than those BAP1 positive expression(P < 0.05).Patients with positive BAP1 expression had a significantly better prognosis than those with negative expression(HR = 0.382,95 CI% :0.193 to 0.755,P = 0.005 6).Conclusion BAP1 plays an important role in the progression of renal clear cell carcinoma.The expression of BAP1 is closely correlated to clinical stage and biological behavior,and the negative expression of BAP1 is associated with poor prognosis.
