摘要
“液压与气压传动”是一门理论与实践性都很强的机电类专业的专业基础课程。传统的课程教学重理论教学而轻实践教学。为提高高职学生的动手能力,同时让复杂的液压元件能够被学生清晰直观的理解,我院教学团队进行了虚拟与实践相结合的教学改革探索。在理论教学方面,我们运用仿真软件设计并仿真简单的液压回路,同时运用三维设计软件分析液压元件的复杂结构;在实训教学、方面,我们开展液压元件实物拆装训练,并要求学生完成相应实训手册中的各个项目的操作;最后通过考核评价体系改革评估出学生的学习效果。通过系统改革,将复杂枯燥的理论变得直观生动,充分调动起学生的学习积极性,激发出学生的创新精神,培养了其发现问题与分析、解决问题的能力,取得了满意的效果。
Hydraulic and Pneumatic Transmission course is a basic course of Electromechanical Speclalty with strong theory and practice. Traditional curriculum teaching emphasizes theoretical teaching rather than practical teaching. In order to improve the students "practical ability and make the complicated hydraulic components clearly and intuitively understood by the students, the our teaching team has carried out a teaching reform, combining virtual with practice: in theory teaching, we use simulation software to design and simulate simple hydraulic circuit, and at the same time use three-dimensional design software. The complex structure of hydraulic components is analyzed. In practice teaching, we carry out physical dis-assembly and assembly training of hydraulic components, and require students to complete the operation of each item in the corresponding training manual Finally, through the reform of the evaluation system, we evaluate the students" learning effect. Through the system reform, the complex and boring theory becomes intuitive and vivid, and fully arouses the students' enthusiasm for learning, stimulates the students" innovative spirit, trains their ability to find problems, analyze and solve problems, and achieves satisfactory results.
