摘要
通过熔融共混制备低密度聚乙烯/聚苯乙烯/马来酸酐接枝氢化苯乙烯-丁二烯嵌段共聚物(LDPE/PS/SEBS-g-MAH)复合材料,研究了SEBS-g-MAH质量分数对复合材料的力学性能和流变性能的影响。结果表明,SEBSg-MAH的加入有效改善了LDPE/PS的相容性,提高了复合材料的力学性能。当SEBS-g-MAH质量分数为7%时,复合材料的冲击强度、拉伸强度、断裂伸长率分别较未添加SEBS-g-MAH提高了4. 5倍左右、64%、400%。同时,在相同的角速度ω下,随着SEBS-g-MAH的质量分数增加,LDPE/PS/SEBS-g-MAH复合材料的G'、G″高于LDPE/PS共混物,而tanδ要小于LDPE/PS共混物。Cole-Cole曲线图表明,SEBS-g-MAH质量分数为7%时,复合材料的相容性最好,这与SEM结果相一致。SEBS-g-MAH的加入,使得复合材料中LDPE的结晶温度升高,由于异相成核的作用,晶体变小,使得复合材料的韧性提高。
LDPE/PS/SEBS-g-MAH composites were prepared by melt blending. By changing the content of SEBS-g-MAH,the mechanical and rheological properties of LDPE/PS/SEBS-g-MAH composites were investigated. The results indicate that the addition of SEBS-g-MAH effectively improves the compatibility and mechanical properties of composites. Comparing with LDPE/PS blends, the impact strength, tensile strength and elongation at break of composites with 7 wt% SEBS-g-MAH are increased about 4. 5 times,64%,400%,respectively. Simultaneously,with the increasing content of SEBS-g-MAH,the storage module G’and loss module G″ of composites also increase, however the tanδ reduces. Cole-Cole plots show that composites have the best compatibility with 7 wt% SEBS-g-MAH,which is consist with SEM result. The crystallization temperature of LDPE increases with the increase of compatilizer content. Because the function of heterogeneous nucleation could decrease the crystal size,the toughness of composites would be improved.
