摘要
研究了不同特性的短切玻璃纤维的分散状况及其对物料黏度、硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料(RPUF)泡孔结构和力学性能的影响。结果表明,玻璃纤维在基体中有单丝、小束(每束10~40根单丝)和大束(每束300~400根单丝)3种分散状况,其分散状况对物料黏度、RPUF的泡孔结构和力学性能均有明显影响。
The dispersion of short glass fiber with different property in the system of RPUF and its effect on the system's viscosity, bubble morphology and mechanical performance of RPUF were researched. The experimental results showed that the disperse state of glass fiber in matrix include single, small bundle(10-40 fibres) and big bundle(300-400 fibres). Furtherly, it exhibited clear influence on the viscosity, bubble morphology and mechanical performance of RPUF.
