摘要
温热成形中温度显著影响成形过程。本文在考虑热力耦合的基础上 ,采用刚粘塑性有限元法 ,分析了钟形罩多工序温热成形的多物理场和变形规律。其结果表明 。
In this paper,a multistep warm/hot forming is simulated for cross grove outer race of constant velocity joint by using a thermo\|mechanically coupled rigid\|visco\|plastic finite element method.Multi\|physics fields and deformation law are analyzed.These obtained results show that multistep warm/hot forming simulation can guide and refer to formulation of deformation temperature scope for outer race.
