摘要
钟形罩是汽车驱动轴传递扭矩动力的关键零件之一。通过对钟形罩锻造成形过程金属流动规律的分析,改进了原有的锻造工艺及模具结构。解决了锻件内外杯形面同轴度超差问题,提高了锻件尺寸精度,对类似锻件的工艺及模具设计有借鉴作用。
The outer race is one of the key parts of transmission torque power in cars drive shaft. The original forging technology and die structure were improved through analysis of the metal flow law in forging process. For the coaxial tolerance of internal and external cup face in the outer race going beyond forging tolerance, the problemS was resolved.The dimension precision of forging is improved. There is reference for similar forging technology and die design.
