摘要
本文是与临床联合进行药理学教学后的经验总结.通过选择药理学的部分典型章节,尝试与临床相应科室联合教学,结果表明:药理学可以给予医学生基础的药物知识和基本的用药技术,临床教学则可加深学生对药理作用、作用机制、临床应用特点的理解,而且可准确掌握临床常用药物的相关内容,从而可有效摒弃以往沉闷的"填鸭式"药理学教学规程,激发学生摄取知识的热情;及时接收临床新知识新信息,拓宽新药特药眼界与临床用药思维;且能从整体上巩固强化与临床用药相关的基础学科知识;同时还有利于早期接触临床,提高临床用药的有效与安全意识;由此而提高药理学教学效果,改善了药理学教学质量.
The present paper is reviewed from the experiences of pharmacological teaching combining with clinical teaching through selecting certain chapters or sections.The results showed that the pharmacological teaching combining with the clinical teaching could make medical students more comprehensively understand the pharmacological actions,mechanisms and chinically therapeutic uses and so on,and also greatly stimulate them to uptake a lot of drug knowledge including basic and advanced theories.At the same time,this teaching method could broaden student's pharmacological field of vision and be advantageous to the consolidation of knowledge of other basic disciplines and engaging the clinical learning in order to increase the clinical view of drug use and safety.In conclusion,the teaching method could enhance the pharmacological teaching effects and then improve teaching quality.
