摘要
对新研制的中碳低铬镍Mn -V无磁钢 (简称Mn -V钢 )和低碳N1310不锈钢 (简称N1310钢 )做应力腐蚀实验 ;用金相和扫描电镜观察分析应力腐蚀断口。目的在于比较不同合金成分对应力腐蚀敏感性的影响。实验结果表明 :Mn -V钢存在较严重的应力腐蚀敏感性 ,N1310钢和Mn -V钢相比 ,N1310钢的应力腐蚀敏感性得到明显的改善。
The stress corrosion experiments were carried out on medium-carbon low Cr and Ni non-magnetic Mn-V steel and low-carbon N1310 stainless steel.The stress corrosion fractures were analyzed by means of metallograph and TEM.The purpose of the research is to compare the effect of different alloying constituents on the stress corrosion sensitivity. The results show that the Mn-V steel is more sensitive in stress corrosion than the N1310 steel .
