摘要
分析了世界炼油能力的发展形势 ,较为详细地列举了我国炼油业存在的一些结构性矛盾 ,在此基础上提出了为应对WTO国际竞争 。
The article analyzes development situation of world refining capacity,enumerates several structural contradictions in China's oil refining industry in detail and thus comes up with structural readjustment measures for China's oil refining industry to confront international competition arising from Its WTO entry.
