摘要
为研究不同节段腰椎间盘突出的最佳牵引角度和牵引力 ,采用光弹实验方法与三维有限元计算法相结合 ,测算在前屈位和后伸位不同角度和不同重量牵引时 ,腰椎间盘各部应力值。结果显示随着牵引角度加大和牵引重量的增加 ,腰椎间盘各部拉应力逐渐加大。当角度大于 3 0°时 ,前屈位 L5~ S1 椎间盘前部变为压应力作用 ,而后伸位是椎间盘后部变为压应力 ;角度大于 2 5°时 ,前屈位 L3~ 4、L4~ 5椎间盘前部变为压应力作用 ,而后伸位是椎间盘的后部变为压应力。说明对 L5~ S1 、L4~ 5、L3~ 4椎间盘产生最佳效果牵引角度应是前屈位的 3 0°、2 5°、2
To study the optimium angle and strength of traction in different segments of lumbar disc herniation,the combination methods of photoelastic experiment and three dimensional finite element were used to test the stress value of the any parts of lumbar intervertebral discs according to the different angle and strength of traction.The results showed that the stress was gradually increasing along with the increasing angle and strength of traction.When the traction angle was over 30°,there was the compressed stress in anterior flexion around anterior space of L\-5~S\-1 and posterior extension around posterior space;when the traction angle was over 25°,there was the compressed stress in anterior flexion around anterior space of L\-\{3~4\},L\-\{4~5\} and posterior extension around posterior space.It indicates that the best traction effects on L\-5~S\-1,L\-\{3~4\},L\-\{4~5\} should be 30°,25°,25° in anterior flexion.
