摘要
本文提出了一种新型扩散渗析膜的制备方法。该膜是一种均相强碱性阴离子交换膜—聚甲基丙烯酸N-(2-羟丙基)三甲胺酯膜。新型扩散渗析膜(定命为KS-1型膜)是以甲基丙烯酸环氧丙酯为主要原料通过涂浆方法制得的。KS-1型扩散渗析膜具有优良的透酸性能和耐酸性。它可被用于扩散渗析法回收稀土萃取液中的酸。试验结果表明KS-1型膜可以使酸通过而有效地阻止稀土金属离子通过。
A method for preparing a new type of diffusion dialyzing membrane ispresented.This membrane is a homogeneous strongly basic anion exchangemembrane,polyN-(2-hydroxyl)propyl-trimethyl amine methacrylate.The new type of diffusion dialyzing membrane (named KS-1 type) isprepared by using the paste method and using glycidyl methacrylate asmain raw material.KS-1 diffusion dialyzing membrane has an excellent acid-passing-throughproperty,and acid-durability.It can be used to recover inorganic acid fromextraction solution containing rare earth metal ion by diffusion dialysis.The test results show that KS-1 type membrane can make the acid passthrough quickly and prohibit rare earth metal ion from passing througheffectively.
