摘要
膜蒸馏是一种以蒸汽压差为推动力的新型分离技术,与传统蒸馏方法和其他膜分离技术相比,具有运行压力低、运行温度低、分离效率高等优点,可充分利用太阳能、废热和余热等热源.综合论述了膜蒸馏技术的分类、膜材质及其优缺点,从传质传热机理、影响因素、提高通量和选择性的措施、膜污染情况及其应用等方面,对膜蒸馏技术的研究现状进行归纳总结.在此基础上,提出了今后需要研究和解决的问题.
Membrane distillation is a new separation process which propelled by the steam differential pressure. Compared with traditional distillation technology and other membrane separation technologies, the excellent characteristics of membrane distillation are low running pressure, low running temperature and highly effective. Solar power and other waste heat can be used in membrane distillation process. The classification, membrane materials, advantages and disadvantages of membrane distillation are discussed. Its research status is concluded from the aspects of heat and mass transfer mechaism process, influencing factors, measures of improving the flux and selectivity, as well as membrane fouling and application. Then the existing problems are pointed out.
