摘要
通过现场轨道刚度与部件刚度实测、轨道动力响应测试、室内轨道部件刚度测试、道碴动三轴试验数据 ,以及轨道刚度对轨道动力特性和列车运行品质的影响的理论分析结果 ,提出我国 60kg·m- 1 钢轨线路轨道整体刚度和部件刚度的标称值范围 ,确定了评价轨道刚度合理与否的轮轨系统的动力学指标 ,并进行关键参数的敏感性分析。基于轨道结构受力合理、机车车辆走行性能不受影响、轨道几何状态变化平缓的角度考虑 。
This paper is the summary of the study on the right level of track structure stiffness and track part stiffness. Based on stiffness measurement of whole track and track parts both in site and lab, measurement of track structure dynamic response and ballast dynamic 3 axles test, the paper proposes the right stiffness value range for the whole track and track parts, defines the wheel/rail system dynamics evaluation index of track stiffness, and analyzes key parameter sensitivity. Considering that the track structure bears the right force, the train riding quality is not influenced, and there is mild change of track irregularities, the paper proposes the evaluation index of getting the right stiffness level of track and parts thereof and the analysis method.
