摘要
This paper introduces the evolution of the theory and technique of Business Process Reengineering(BPR)and Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP),and their main contents and rules as well.Based on this,the paper demonstrates that ERP is the deepening of the enterprise information management,while the essence of BPR is to reengineer the flow of knowledge and information in the business process.They must be combined with each other in actual operation.
