介绍了业务流程再造和人力资源管理的主要内容以及二者间的密切关系,从人力资源的合理配置、建立有效的激励机制、提高经营者的能力、打造企业文化等方面具体探讨了人力资源在业务流程再造中的作用。
Main content of the Business Process Reengineering and Human Resource were discussed, and the relation between them also discussed. From configure of Human Resource, foundation of inspirit of mechanism, ability of operator, establish of civilization of enterprise, the function of Human Resource for Business Process Reengineering was discussed.
