基于虚拟仪器的圆盘式电流变传动机构的检测与控制系统

摘要 圆盘式电流变传动机构是电流变技术在传动机械学中的一项应用,它具有响应速度快、能实现无级调节和易于计算机控制等优点。本文采用虚拟仪器建立该机构的检测和控制系统,利用数据采集板PCI-MIO—16E-1、动态信号分析仪、动作控制PCI—F1exmotion-6C、UMI端子和开发平台LabVIEW等工具进行信号检测和电机控制,通过采集数据、合理分析来选择有效的控制算法,达到对机构准确快速控制的目的。在计算机的软控制之下,机构在工作时具有良好的动态性能。 The electrorheological disk actuating mechanism is an application of electrorheological technology in actuating mechanics. It has such merits as quick response, infinitely variable control, that can be easily controlled by computers. This paper establishes the detecting and controlling system of this mechanism based on virtual instruments. By using data collection board PCI-MlO-16E-1, dynamic signal analyzer, motion control PCI-Flexmotion-6c, UMI terminal and development platform, Lab VIEW, etc., it can realize signal detecting and electric machinery control. Besides, this system can choose effective control arithmetic after data collecting and reasonable analysis, and therefore is able to achieve prompt and accurate control over the mechanism. Under computer's soft ware's control, the mechanism will have good dynamic characteristics during operation.
