摘要
选用产后健康奶牛 1 8例和产后气虚血瘀证奶牛 9例 ,于产后 1、2、4、7、1 0、1 5、30 d采血分离血浆 ,黄嘌呤氧化酶法测定超氧化物歧化酶 ( SOD)活性 ,硫代巴比妥酸法测定丙二醛 ( MDA)含量。结果 ,血浆 SOD活性组内比较 :产后健康组整个检测期在一定范围内波动 ,差显不显著 ( P>0 .0 5) ;气虚血瘀证组产后 1 5、30d极显著高于产后 1、2 d( P<0 .0 1 ) ,显著高于产后 4 d( P<0 .0 5) ;产后 7、1 0 d显著高于产后 1、2 d( P<0 .0 5)。组间比较 :气虚血瘀证组产后 1、2、4 d显著低于同时间产后健康组 ( P<0 .0 1或 P<0 .0 5)。血浆MDA含量组内比较 :产后健康组整个检测期在一定范围内波动 ,差异不显著 ( P>0 .0 5) ;气虚血瘀证组产后1 d极显著高于产后 1 0、1 5、30 d( P<0 .0 1 ) ,显著高于 7d( P<0 .0 5) ;产后 1、2、4、7d显著高于产后 1 5、30 d( P<0 .0 5)。组间比较 :气虚血瘀证组产后 1、2、4、7d极显著高于同时间产后健康组 ( P<0 .0 1 )。结果初步表明 ,SOD、MDA的变化参与了产后气虚血瘀证的发生、发展与转归过程。
Eighteen postpartum healthy cows(Control group,CG) and 9 Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome cows(Experimental group,EG) were studied.Blood samples were collected at 1,2,4,7,10,15,30 d after delivery.Plasma total superoxide dismutase(T SOD) activities were analyzed with chemiluminescence measurement and the malondialdehyde(MDA) contents were analyzed with thiobarbituric acid reaction measurement.The results showed:Intragroup comparation of T SOD:T SOD was no difference in the whole experimental period in CG(P>0 05);T SOD on 15,30 d was significantly higher than that of 1,2,4 d(P<0 01 or P<0 05),T SOD on 7,10 d was significantly higher than that of 1,2 d(P<0 05) also in EG.Intergroup comparation of T SOD:T SOD in EG was significantly lower than that of in CG on 1,2,4 d after delivery(P<0 01 or P<0 05).Intragroup comparation of MDA:MDA was no difference in the whole experimental period in CG(P>0 05);MDA on 1 d was significantly higher than that of 10,15,30 d(P<0 01),MDA on 1,2,4,7 d was significantly higher than that of 15,30 d(P<0 05) also in EG.Intergroup comparation of MDA:MDA in EG was significantly higher than that of in CG on 1,2,4,7 d after delivery (P<0 01).Thus suggested that the change of T SOD and MDA should play an important role in the pathogenesis of Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.
