摘要 [目的]探讨围产期奶牛疾病与血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)之间的关系。[方法]选择处于围产期的38头奶牛作为试验牛,其中健康牛22头、酮病牛5头、脂肪肝牛4头、胎衣不下牛7头,分别于产前和产后不同时间采血,测定血清中SOD、MDA含量变化。[结果]围产期患病奶牛血清中SOD活力低于健康奶牛,而MDA含量高于健康奶牛。[结论]围产期患病奶牛抗氧化能力低于健康奶牛。 [ Objective ] To investigate the relationship between perinatal disease and serum superoxide dismutase (SOD), malondialdehyde (MDA) in cattle. [ Method ]A total of 38 cattle in the perinatal period were used as the test cattle,in which 22 healthy cattle,5 cattle affected by ketosis ,4 cattle affected by fatty liver,7 cattle affected by RFM. SOD and MDA content were determined at different times,respectively. [ Result] The SOD activity of disease cattle was lower than the healthy cattle, and MDA content was higher than the healthy cattle at perinatal period. [ ConClusion ] The antioxidant capacity of disease cattle was lower than the healthy cattle at perinatal period.
