摘要
采用Griffing的完全双列杂交模式 1设计 ,将 6个不同来源的超甜玉米种质自交系配成 30个正反交杂交组合 ,用随机区组设计进行田间试验 ,对株高、穗位高、果穗长、果穗粗、带苞叶和去苞叶小区果穗鲜重以及标准果穗鲜重和穗数等 8个性状进行了配合力的分析。结果表明 :分别来自热带种质的B19、来自温带种质的B142和来自本地种质的B16 2等 3个自交系在分析的 8个性状中都具有较高的一般配合力效应 (GCA) ,而特殊配合力效应 (SCA)和配合力总效应 (TCA)表现较好的杂交组合有B134×B16 2、B134×B142、B16 2×B137、B16 2×B142、B19×B16 8、B19×B142、B137×B142、B142×B16 8等 ,这些具有较高SCA和TCA的组合一般都符合本地种质与热带种质。
Griffing's complete diallel model 1 was employed to make 30 F 1s and reciprocal crosses using 6 super sweet corn inbred lines which were from different super sweet corn germplasm.A randomized complete block design with three replications was used in this experiment.The combining ability was analyzed using the data of plant height,ear height,ear length,ear diameter,weight with and without husk of ear and weight and number of standard ear.The results indicated that three super sweet corn inbred lines:B19 extracted from tropical germplasm,B142 extracted from a temperate germplasm and B162 extracted from a local germplasm have quite high GCA effect.The following F 1s crosses which were B134×B162,B134×B142,B162×B137,B162×B142,B19×B168,B19×B142,B137×B142,B142×B168 have higher SCA effect and TCA effect than others.These crosses with higher SCA effect and TCA effect conformed to the crossing model of local germplasm with tropical germplasm,local germplasm with temperate germplasm and tropical germplasm with temperate germplasm.
