摘要
运用预测学技术原理的集思广益法和特尔菲法,依据GB/T1.1-2000规定,结合中国实际国情和国际惯例,提出了操作性较强的超甜玉米鲜穗地方等级评判标准。它主要表现在超甜玉米鲜穗、净果穗、秃顶穗、凹陷穗和受损穗的概念等方面;同时,对鲜穗收获期、感官指标和理化指标等方面,做出了具体的操作标准、试验方法、判定原则,也对相应的标志、标签、包装、运输和储藏等方面提出了应注意的问题。该标准利于有效地组织超甜玉米高效、优质生产,带动农作物结构调整,开拓和规范农产品交易市场,指导农产品优质消费。
