摘要
研究了我国农村土地制度的缺陷及其对农业生态环境的影响 ,在此基础上 ,结合我国部分地区深化土地制度改革的实践 ,对我国土地制度改革进行了理论探讨 ,提出了解决农业生态环境问题的若干土地制度改革的框架性措施。
This paper studied on the shortcomings in land system of rural China as well as the consequent impact on agricultural ecology and environment. On such base, the measures reforming current land system are investigated theoretically in the light of profound reforming practices of land system in some areas. Some proposals both for reforming the land system and for solving ecological-environmental problem of agriculture are put forward.
