摘要
介绍了测量系统的基本概念处分析方法，提出了将性能指标与可靠性指标联系起来进行研究，以及将测量不确定度理论应用到测量系统分析中，寻找最优系统分析方法的基本思路和研究方向。
This paper introduces the basic concept and analyzes methods of measurement system, and it brings forward the research methods to integrate performance specification with reliability specification and applies measurement uncertainty theory in measurement system analysis. It is to look for basic train of thought end research direction of best system analyzing method.
