摘要
环氧合酶(COX)是合成前列腺素的重要限速酶 ,其中COX -1主要调节细胞的正常生理活动 ,COX -2则主要参与炎症疼痛反应。在多种急慢性炎症疼痛疾病和动物模型中 ,炎症局部或中枢的COX-2蛋白和mRNA显著表达 ,说明COX -2在急慢性炎症疼痛中的诱导作用。COX-2选择性抑制剂的抗炎镇痛作用优于一般非甾体类抗炎药 ,且无胃溃疡、出血等副作用。电针具有抗炎镇痛作用 ,能明显抑制诱导性COX -2mRNA的表达 ,电针在急慢性炎症疼痛的治疗中 ,对环氧合酶
Cyclooxygenase(COX)isozymes COX-1 and Cox-2 are the important enzymes essential for prostaglandin biosynthesis.Generally,Cox-1 is constitutively expressed in most tissues,where it maintains physiological processes;Cox-2 is considered a pro-inflammatory enzyme.In many acute and chronic inflammatory pains in patients and animal models,Cox-2 protein and mRNA are strongly expressed in inflammatory sites and central nerve system,which suggests the inducible action of COX-2 in inflammatory pain.Selective COX-2 inhibitor possesses better effect on antiinflammation and analgesia than nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs,without side effects like gastric ulcer and hemorrhage.Electroacupunctre has been proven to be the means of anti inflammatory pain,which indeed inhibits the inducible expression of Cox-2 mRNA.Therefore it can be inferred that there exists the possibility of intervention of electroacupuncture on Cox-2 expression in the action of anti-inflammatory pain.
