摘要
共观察41只家兔,引导丘脑腹后外侧核(VPL)痛单位放电,分别刺激额叶皮层、脓神经,电针“内关”透“外关”穴,观察对痛放电的影响。引导痛神经元110个(含痛兴奋神经元95个,痛抑制神经元15个),刺激额叶皮层或腓神经使痛兴奋神经元放电频率增加,痛抑制神经元放电减少,电针两侧“内关”透“外关”穴位后,再刺激额皮层或徘神经,使痛兴奋单位放电抑制、痛抑制单位电活动抑制程度减弱或解除。提示:额叶皮层参与VPL痛放电及电针镇痛的调制。
Experiments were perhrmed on 41 rabbits. The response of 110 nuclei of theventralis posteriolaterlis(N.VPL) to harmful stimulation were recorded. Among these nucleithere were 95 pain excitatory units and 15 pain inhibitory units. The results were as follows:①when frontal cortex or peronaeus nerve was stimulated, the electrical discharge of the painexcitatory units increased, while the electrical dischargt ofthe pain inhibitory units reduced;②the pain excitatory and pain inhibitory effects were abolished after acupuncture.The experimen-tal results indicate that the frontal cortex partake in the moduhtion of the pain sensory informa-tion of VPL and acupuncture analgesia.
