摘要
目的 应用小鼠S1 80 肉瘤 ,小鼠EAC腹水瘤实体型两种瘤株 ,进行BALB c小鼠、昆明小鼠两种动物移植瘤模型的研究。方法 试验共设BALB c小鼠模型组 ,BALB c小鼠阳性组 ,昆明小鼠模型组 ,昆明小鼠阳性组 ,比较给药 10d后实体瘤大小及其病理学变化特征。结果 BALB c小鼠较之昆明小鼠实验前后体重变化小 ,个体间瘤重差异小 ,其组内标准差占平均值的比例较小 ,肿瘤生长较均衡 ;与此同时 ,病理学观察模型组和阳性组间 ,瘤体切面积和瘤细胞坏死率差异均有极显著性 ,两模型组的小鼠肝脏内均发现有瘤细胞转移。
Objective To establish the replanting models of strain S\-\{180\} and EAC using BALB/c and Kunming mice respectively.Method\ The mice were randomly divided into 4 groups with different treatment. After 10 days, we compared tumour weight and pathological changes.Result\ BALB/c mice's model group showed apparent difference, compared with Kunming mice's, and there was very apparent difference of pathological changes between positive and model grouop. The tumour cells were found transfering in the mice's liver of these two model groups.Conclusion\ Pathological diagnosis shows a significant reference value.
