摘要
基于人工神经网络的硬质合金切削专家系统采用了具有自适应和自学习的人工神经网络为核心算法 ,利用经过训练的 ART模型对切削条件进行智能识别 ,可根据加工条件为用户推荐出最佳的硬质合金牌号 ,解决用户在选择刀片牌号中所遇到的困难 ,从而提高切削加工效率。
Artificial neural net has the ability to be adaptive and can be self-study, cemented carbide cutting expert system which is based on artificial neural net uses it as the core arithmetic .After being trained, this expert system can use the ART model to recognize the cutting condition intelligently , and it can choose the best grade of cemented carbide for user.
