摘要
为了充分保障铁路道岔的质量,需要预测高锰钢钻削温度和钻削力。国内大多数的预测方法无法实时对高锰钢钻削温度和钻削力进行预测,存在预测误差大的问题。为此,提出一种基于神经网络的高锰钢钻削温度和钻削力预测方法。该方法先利用神经网络选取影响高锰钢钻削温度和钻削力变化的多种因素,将该因素定义为预测的辅助变量,在此基础上进行数据预处理,计算数据样本间的相似度,对辅助变量进行归一化处理,建立基于神经网络的高锰钢钻削温度和钻削力预测模型。利用PSO优化神经网络的初始参数,将钻削温度和钻削的最大允许误差和实际值作为神经网络网络的输入和输出,设定网络的阈值和学习速率,在此基础上完成高锰钢钻削温度和钻削力预测。实验仿真证明:该模型精度高,为高锰钢的钻削机理研究提供新的手段和依据。
In order to fully guarantee the quality of railway ballasts,it is necessary to predict the drilling temperature and drilling power of high manganese steel.However,most of the domestic prediction methods cannot predict the real-time high manganese steel drilling temperature and drilling force.There is a problem that the drilling temperature and the drilling force prediction error are large.To this end,a neural network based on high manganese steel drilling temperature and drilling force prediction method is proposed.The method first uses neural network to select various factors affecting the drilling temperature and drilling force of high manganese steel.This factor is defined as the auxiliary variable of prediction.Based on this,data preprocessing is performed to calculate the similarity between data samples.The degree and the auxiliary variables are normalized,and the prediction model of drilling temperature and drilling force of high manganese steel based on neural network is established.Using PSO to optimize the initial parameters of the neural network,the maximum allowable error and actual value of drilling temperature and drilling are taken as the input and output of the neural network.The threshold and learning rate of the network are set.On this basis,the high manganese steel drill is completed in cutting temperature and drilling force prediction.The experimental simulation proves that the model has high precision and it provides new methods and basis for the research of drilling mechanism of high manganese steel.
