摘要 目的:观察微量元素锌在大鼠精子头尾连接中的作用。方法:利用相差显微镜研究大鼠睾丸附睾头、附睾尾、睾丸中的精子在SDS或SDS-EDTA中的头尾解离作用以及锌对其稳定百分率的影响。结果:睾丸、附睾头、尾的精子在SDS或SDS-EDTA中均有不同程度的解离,而睾丸精子解离率最高。EDTA能使附睾头、尾的精子解离率增加,但仍然有一定比率的精子可以对抗EDTA的作用而不发生解离反应,并且这种比率随着孵育时间的加长而有所增加。同时发现锌能可逆性地抑制这种解离反应的发生。结论;锌对精子头尾的连接有一定的保护作用,其作用机制可能与精子核染色质部位的巯基有关。 ve: To study effects of zinc on male rat sperm head-tail connection. Methods: Rat spermatozoa from epididymis caput and cauda and testis were studied with phase contrast microscopy by exposing them in the detergent sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS) or SDS containing EDTA including the effects of zinc on their stable percentage. Results: All these spermatozoa had different stable percentage while those from testis had the highest tendency to detach. Treatment with EDTA enhanced the proportion of detachment of spermatozoa. Still a certain percentage was resistant to EDTA treatment and this proportion increased upon 24 h of saline incubation. Zinc could reversibly inhibit such detachment. Conclusion: Zinc has protec-tive effects on sperm head-tail connection, the mechanism of such effects was probably relative to zinc-thiol interaction in nuclear chromatin.
