介绍了钯及其合金的应用、电沉积和与金沉积层的性能比较。概述了本科研组在 Pd、Pd- Ni、Pd- Co和 Pd- Fe合金电沉积的主要研究结果 ,包括镀液组成、沉积条件、电沉积。
Electrodeposition and applications of palladium and its alloys and their properties comparison with Au deposit were introduced. The main investigation results of Pd, Pd Ni, Pd Co and Pd Fe electrodeposition in our researching group were reviewed including bath composition, deposition condition, electrodeposition, electrocrystallization and deposit property.
