摘要
区县经济是重庆经济腾飞的基础 ,这是由重庆大城市与大农村并存的二元结构的特殊市情和肩负的历史使命所决定的。区县经济的发展必须走特色经济之路。特色经济就是具有强大市场竞争力和高科技含量的经济类型。从重庆资源优势和新的经济增长点以及培育 2 1世纪重庆支柱产业的全新视野 ,可以把重庆区县特色经济发展模式划分为移民型特色经济、扶贫型特色经济、旅游型特色经济和生态型特色经济四个类型。发展重庆区县特色经济必须更新观念、改善投资环境、发展中小企业、培育区县经济发展的“三大机制”、增强县委 (区委 )县政府 (区政府 )统揽经济的“
District and county's economy is the basis of Chongqing's rapid economic development, as is decided by Chongqing's special city situation where large city exists side by side with vast countryside The development of district and county's economy must follow the road of characteristic economy featuring powerful market competitiveness and high content of high science and technology The developing modes of Chongqing's characteristic economy fall into 4 categories: migration economy, poverty relief economy, tourism economy and ecological economy In order to develop Chongqing's characteristic economy, we have to renew the mode of thinking, improve investment environment, develop small and medium enterprises, foster three mechanism of district and county's economic development, and enhance the ability of unified management of district and county party committee and government
