摘要
目的了解并评价广州市荔湾区22个社区卫生服务中心妇幼保健服务资源的现状。方法设计自填式问卷,对22个社区卫生服务中心的妇幼保健服务情况进行横断面的调查。结果社区卫生服务中心妇幼保健网络健全,人员、场地、设备、服务项目能满足妇幼人群的基本需求,但社区妇幼保健服务比较局限,设备设施、人员素质有待进一步的改善和提高。结论改善社区卫生服务中心妇幼保健工作设备设施,提高妇幼保健人员素质,可提高服务质量,并提升社区妇幼保健服务的整体水平。
OBJECTIVE To understand the situation of the maternal and child health care service resources in the 22 communiy health care service centers of Liwan District in Guangzhou. METHODS Design questionnaires to investigate the transectional situation if 22 community health service centers. RESULTS The network of the maternal and children health care in Liwan District in Guangzhou is perfect, and the basic needs of women and children can be satisfied. But there are still limitations in the community maternal and children health care service including the equipment facilities and the quality of staff wait for the further improvement and the enhancement. CONCLUSIONS To improve the maternal and children health care service integral level and the quality of service. We must improve the maternal and children health care equipment facilities and enhance the professional level of the staff.
