摘要
从一系列海产品中提取抗氧化活性物 ,并利用邻苯三酚 (PR)自氧化法对其活性进行了检测 ,最后与标准样特丁基对苯二酚 (TBHQ)的活性做了对比实验。结果表明 。
Antioxidative substances of a series of sea products were extracted and their antioxidative activities were measured by automated oxidation of 1,2,3-benzenetriol method.Their active experiments were done and compared with TBHQ.The experiments showed that these sea products had the different antioxidative activity.
