摘要
用比较法测得23种吖啶类衍生物的荧光量子效率(Φf) ,以评估这些化合物的荧光性质 ;结果表明N_烃基吖啶酮类化合物的荧光量子效率要比9_取代苯基吖啶类和9_取代苯亚甲基_10_甲基_9,10_二氢吖啶类化合物的荧光量子效率大 ;在非极性溶剂中,9_取代苯亚甲基_10_甲基_9,10_二氢吖啶分子内的强吸电子基NO2 增强荧光量子效率 ,强推电子基OCH3 降低荧光量子效率 ,这些测量结果与取代基的电子作用经验规律不相符 ,这种现象可以用分子内电荷转移理论进行解释。
The fluorescent quantum yield(Φf) of 23 acridine derivatives were measured as compared with quinine sulfate in order to evaluate their fluorescent property. It was found that Φf of N _ hydrocarbylacridones was higher than that of 9 _ substituted _ benzylidene _ 10 _ methyl _ 9,10 _ dihydroacridines and 9 _ substituted _ phenylacridines. In non _ polar solvent strong electron _ withdrawing group NO2 of 9 _ substituted _ benzylidene _ 10 _ methyl _ 9,10 _ dihydroacridines could increase the Φf, and strong electron _ pushing group OCH3 of the compounds could decrease the Φf, these measured results are inconsistent with the experience rule of electron action, this could be explained by the intramolecular charge _ transfer theory.
