制备复方环麻滴鼻凝胶剂和建立质量控制的方法。制备的凝胶均匀细腻 ,稠度适宜。盐酸环沙星的含量平均值为 10 2 .3% ,RSD为1.86 %。平均回收率为 99.4% ,RSD为 0 .2 6 % ;盐酸麻黄碱的平均含量为 10 3.7% ,RSD为 2 .8% ,平均回收率为 99.7% ,RSD为 0 .81%
To prepare compound ciprofloxacin and ephedrine gel ansal drops and methods is described for the determination of the quality control.The gel was homogeneous, the average recovery of ciprofloxacin was 99 4% and RSD was0 26%,The average recoveery of ephedrine was 99 7%and RSD was 0 81%.
