摘要
目的:研制复方环丙沙星滴鼻液。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定制剂中乳酸环丙沙星、马来酸氯苯那敏、盐酸麻黄碱的含量,用豚鼠作急性毒性试验和刺激性试验,对80例过敏性鼻炎患者进行临床疗效观察。结果:3组分平均回收率分别为100.18%,99.85%,101.63%,RSD分别为0.71%,1.20%,1.10%;实验动物应用该制剂后鼻腔黏膜无红肿、充血现象发生,呼吸、循环、中枢神经系统及四肢的活动情况正常;治疗过敏性鼻炎总有效率为96.25%。结论:该制剂工艺简单、质量稳定,疗效确切,使用方便。
Objective： To study the preparation of compond ciprofloxacin naritillae. Methods： To determine ciprofloxacin, ephedrine and chlorphenamine maleate in compond ciprofloxacin naritillae by HPLC method. Guinea pig is used as a subject for acute toxicity and stimulative experiment. To observe the curative effect of compond ciprofloxacin naritillae on 80 cases hypersensitivity coryza. Results： The recovery of 3 groups were 100. 18%,99. 85% and 101.63%,respectively. The within-day derivation （RSD） were 0. 71%, 1.20% and 1.10% ,respectively. There was no red and swelling, congestion on rhinal mucous membrane. The respiration, circulation, central nervous system and extremities were normal. The curative effect rate was 96.25%. Conclusion： The compond ciprofloxacin naritillae preparation is simple, steady, effective and convenient.
