摘要
为了研究 4气门直喷式柴油机两进气道相互干扰的变化规律 ,在稳流气道试验台上 ,以一种 4气门直喷式柴油机气缸盖为对象 ,进行了进气道稳流模拟试验。由于两气道之间的相互干扰 ,两进气道同时开启时的进气涡流较单独一个气道开启时有较大降低。进一步利用热线风速仪测量了 4气门柴油机进气门口的三维流场。通过对气门口流速分布及其动量矩流率的分析 ,发现由于两进气道之间的相互干扰 ,两进气道同时开启时的进气涡流动量矩流率与两进气道分别单独开启时相比有显著的降低 ,这正是导致两进气道同时开启时进气涡流低于单独气道开启的根本原因。
In this paper,in order to study the disturbance between two intake ports in four valve DI diesel engine,with the target of a four valve DI diesel engine cylinder head,a simulation experimentation of intake ports is carried out on a steady flow rig.Swirl of intake airflow under the operation of two ports decreases much more than that under the operation of single port because of the disturbance between two ports.Furthermore,flow velocity around the intake valve exit is measured on the steady flow rig by using hot wire anemometer (HWA).Through the analsis of intake valve exit three dimensional flow field and its angular momentum flux,it is discovered that the total of angular momentum flux under the operation of two ports is significantly lower comparing with that under the operation of single port because of the disturbance.This is just the reason of the decreasing of intake airflow swirl under the operation of two ports.
