摘要
现有行波测距法基本上都没有把由该方法所确定的行波到达时间与故障定位用行波传播速度很好地结合起来,导致定位精度不理想。本文介绍一种新型输电线路故障测距系统的原理、功能和构成,其采用了行波到达时间由合适的小波变换提取的行波特征点位置确定、行波传播速度由输电线路的结构参数及相应小波变换的分析尺度确定的双端行波测距新方法,使测距精度大大提高,满足精确故障定位的要求。该系统已在现场投入运行。
Existing methods for travelling wave fault location don't combine the arrival time of travel-ling wave with the propagation velocity properly, which leads to poor location accuracy. Based on anew double terminal method, in which the arrival time of travelling wave is defined by an optimalcharacteristic point of the travelling wave extracted by a suitable wavelet transform at particular scales,and the propagation velocity is related to the physical configuration and parameters of the transmissionline as well as the scales. This paper introduces the principle, the function and the structure of a newtype of transmission line fault location system. The fault location system can meet the accurate faultlocation requirement and has operated in practice.
