本研究利用肉类加工生产中剩余部分的肥膘肉,并选用必要的補料,经科学配方,采用特种生产工艺加工精制成肉制糕点类的方便熟食——香酥条。既为人们生活增添新的花式食品,又为肉类加工企业增加经济效益。
The delicious pastry is a kind of convenient cooked food made of fat from the meat processing plants and some supplementary materials using special processing technique. The formula of this product has been designed scientificly. This product is a new kind of food for people and it can provide more economic benefits for meat-processing plants.
