摘要 目前工业编组站车列推峰的选定主要是人工凭经验来确定 ,这严重约束了调度信息自动化管理。为了促进工业编组站调度信息管理系统的建设 ,文章从人工选定推峰车列顺序主要考虑的到达时间、解体时间、发车时间及编组需要、生产急需这些因素出发 ,对各因素形成的作业方案进行了归纳 ,并对各作业方案提出优化判据。为了综合考虑各作业方案以确定最优推峰顺序 ,文中提出了两种处理方法 ,从理论上对此问题进行了定量分析探讨。其中一种是运用模糊数学的理论和思想 ,对所有作业方案进行模糊综合评判 ,从而确定最优推峰顺序 ;另一种则是运用运筹学的原理和方法 ,以解体作业消耗的总费用最少以及在解体作业时间内发出车辆在站停留的车小时消耗最小为原则 。 Today, determining the sequence of pushing train stock to the hump in the industrial marshalling station mainly depends on operation experience. It is a great restriction to realize automation of train dispatch information management. For promoting the build up of train dispatch information management system in the industrial marshalling station, this paper analyses all factors that related to the sequence of pushing train stock to hump, such as the arriving time, cutting time, leaving time of the train, the requirement of the train organization and urgent need in production. It summarizes the operation solution in considering of each factor and puts forward the optimized evidence for each operation solution. For taking each plan into account synthetically, two methods are put forward to quantify and discuss the issue on theoretic basis. One of the methods is to use fussy math theory and thought to carry out fuzzy and comprehensive evaluation for all the operation solutions so as to select optimized sequence of pushing the train stock to the hump. The other method is by using the principle and ways of Operational Research and the principle of minimizing total cost of the uncoupling operation and minimizing detention time of the cars in the station during the uncoupling process of the train to determine the sequence.
