摘要
主轴是提升机的主要部件 ,对其进行可靠性设计很有必要。对于工程问题无论是选取梯形隶属函数还是正态隶属函数 ,差别并不大。从刚度角度出发 ,设计实例中的原设计过于保守 ,应该缩小主轴直径 ,若由此引起强度不足 ,可以采取提高材料强度的办法 。
Chief axis is mainly parts of lifting machine, and it is very necessary to design on failsafe design. The difference is not large either we choose the trapezoid or normal subordinate function. The primary design in instance is too conservative in angle of rigidity, we should reduce the chief axis's diameter, if the strength is not enough by doing it, we can use the method increasing the material's strength, and then we can cut down the running cost of lifting machine.
