摘要
我国电站锅炉都是用油进行点火和助燃的,用油量已超过400,000t/年,以煤代油是一个亟待解决的问题。根据天然气的特性,采用强制预混燃烧方式,设计了点火装置的喷嘴、引射器及烧嘴,并对稳定火焰的方法也进行了研究。在空燃比一定的条件下,对天然气的流量与点火参数的关系进行了试验。得到了天然气的最佳流量为0.001721m3/s,火焰温度高达1820℃,火焰长达1.11m。应用表明,该点火装置具有火焰温度高、适应强、操作方便等优点。与以前用油点燃装置相比,预燃时间为燃油的 1/4,而成本仅为燃油的1/800。
Power boilers consume over 400, 000Vy petroleum for igniting and supporting combustion. It is an urgent thing using other method instead of petroleum. This paper explained the design of nozzles, injectors and burner cones of new ignition with natural gas on forced pre-mixing and the method of flame stability. The relationship was also indicated between the flow of natural gas and the parameters of ignition under the certain air-natural gas ratio . Test results show that the optimal flow of natural gas is 0. 001721m3/s. The temperature of flame is 1820℃. The length of flame is 1. 1 1m. The practical application indicates that the igniter has follow advantages: high temperature of flame, versatility of application, economic operation and facile handling compare with petroleum ignition device. Especially, the warm-up time of new igniter is only 1/4 of the old one, and the cost of new one is only 1/800 of old one.
