摘要
根据生物质燃气的特性 ,采用强制预混燃烧方式 ,设计了点火器的喷嘴、引射器及烧嘴 ,并对稳定火焰的方法也进行了研究 .在空燃比一定的条件下 ,对生物质燃气的流量与点火参数的关系进行了试验 .得到了生物质燃气的最佳流量为 0 .0 12 1m3 /s-1,火焰温度高达 15 61℃ ,火焰长达 1.0 6m .应用表明 ,该点火器具有火焰温度高、适应性强、操作方便等优点 .与以前用油枪点燃相比 ,预燃时间明显减短 ,而成本大大降低 .
This paper explained the design of nozzles, injectors and burner cones of new ignition with biomass pyrolystic gas on forced pre-mixing and the method of flame stability. It also investigated relationship between the flow of biomass pyrolystic gas and the parameters of ignition under the certain air-biomass pyrolystic gas ratio. Test results show that the optimal flow of biomass pyrolystic gas is 0.0121 m3/s. The temperature of flame is 1561°C. The length of flame is 1.06 m. The practical application indicates that the igniter has the following advantages: high temperature of flame, versatility of application, economic operation and facile handling compare with petroleum igniter. Especially, the warm-up time of new igniter has been shortened obviously, and the cost of new one has been reduced greatly.
