摘要
本文对风险投资基金发展较为成熟的国家中 ,风险投资基金内部投资者与基金管理人、基金管理人与创业企业之间旨在防范道德风险的制度设计进行了分析总结 ,并指出我国在风险投资基金的发展中可引以为借鉴的方面。
This article analyzes and summarizes the systematic design of the ethical risk precaution between the inner investors of venture funds and funds managers, between the funds managers and the start-ups in the developed countries , and then brings forward some references that we can make use of in developing our country's venture investment funds.
