摘要
本文介绍采用三环节过程能量综合优化方法,结合狭点技术,对某酮苯脱蜡脱油装置的初步设计方案进行能量综合改进,采用了蜡罐流程改进、换热换冷网络优化和两炉合一联产蒸汽等措施,使总能耗从原设计的每吨原料油4.2GJ 下降为3.1GJ,年收益333.8×10~4元,追加投资的回收期为0.8年。
The application of process energy synthesis optimization method based on“three-links-model”in combination with“pinch technology”for the impro-vement ot energy synthesis in the preliminary design of a MEK/Toluene de-waxing/deoiling unit is presented.By improving the wax tank flow scheme,optimizing the heat(and cold)exchanger network,merging the two furnaceinto one with combined steam cogeneration and other measures,the overallenergy consumption is reduced from the original 4.2GJ/ton feed to 3.1GJ/tonfeed.The yearly benefit of the improved scheme is 333.8×10~4yuan(RMB).Thepayoff time for the additional investment is 0.8year.
