闭环优化控制系统在酮苯脱蜡装置上的应用 被引量:1

摘要 介绍计算机优化控制系统在北京燕山石油化工集团公司炼油厂 5 2 0kt/a酮苯脱蜡脱油联合装置上的开发应用情况。经过 4年多的工业应用证明 ,该系统能够较好地优化脱蜡系统各次溶剂的加入比例 ,降低总溶剂比 ,提高脱蜡油收率。采用计算机优化溶剂比操作 ,在原料和产品性质及主要操作条件基本不变的前提下 ,轻油系统总溶剂比降低了 0 .2 4,脱蜡油收率提高了 0 .9个百分点 ,重油系统总溶剂比降低 0 .0 7,脱蜡油收率提高 0 .86个百分点。经济效益显著。 The application of closed loop control for optimizing the operation of the 520 kt/a acetone benzol dewaxing and deoiling unit in the Refinery of Yanshan Petrochemical Company is presented. Four years industrial practice proved that the closed loop control optimized the solvent adding proportion, reduced the total solvent rate and improved the dewaxed oil yield. At feedstock and product properties keeping constant and under unchanged operating conditions, the total solvent rate of the light oil system was decreased by 0.24 and the product yield was increased by 0.9%. Meanwhile, the total solvent rate of the heavy oil system was decreased by 0.07 and the product yield was increased by 0.86%. The economic benefit was obvious.
